Hi Steve, Please forgive the delay in writing this but I have had limited Internet access for the last 5 weeks

I was stuck at Rode Heath and immobile but you answered my request fully and completely by delivering the required batteries to my boat the very same morning. Not only was this exceptional service but in this age of people taking advantage of situations you charged me a nominal sum for their delivery for which I am really appreciative. Every person on the canal that I have spoken with I have told what you did for me and the best form of advertising is recommendation which I do wholeheartedly. Dear Steve, We would like to express our appreciation of the assistance you gave us on Wednesday 29th May 2019 when we experienced our fan belt coming off and ended up stranded on your wharf. Without your generosity in allowing us to stay until the emergency services arrived after closing time, we would have great difficulty in mooring anywhere as we had no motive power. Just wanted to say the new gearbox you fitted is superb. I thought you were exaggerating when you said it’d be like a different boat but the new ‘box and engine mounts have completely changed the boat. Smooth, quiet and much more enjoyable to use.
